Inky is as inky does

This is the prompt for PLAY
this week.

I really like the spray inks.
The unpredictability,
the way it can be the start of something good.

The green fabric piece is a piece of fabric
I used to blot drippy ink or clean stencils.

finger painting!
Take a look at Carla's ink!

Simple as that.
Our happiness is, in the end, up to us,
and to no one else.'

Tags and hidden places

The prompt for PLAY
this week is
tags and hidden places.

Check out what Carla's up to.

if we could look
into each other's hearts
and understand the
unique challenges
each of us faces,
I think we would treat
each other much more
gently, with more love,
patience, tolerance
and care.

Some more pages

How you make others
feel about themselves,
says a lot
about you.

Dear me, thank you

The PLAY prompt this week is
Dear me, Thank you.

Check out Carla's page.

Don't sacrifice your peace
trying to point out someone's true colors.
Lack of character always
reveals itself
in the end.

Stamping

This weeks prompt for PLAY
is stamping.
I stamped through
a stencil I cut out on the circuit.
(I cut out of the image twice out of card stock
and then glue them together to make it heavier).

Check out Carla's stamping.

Everyone wants the truth,
but no one wants to be
honest.

Bubble wrap

The prompt for play this week
Is bubble wrap.  This is my start.

I like using bubble wrap for textures.
When I am teaching kiddos art, I love having them stamp with it.
So fun to cut into a shape, then stamp.

This piece is created on a piece of
Tyvek from some packaging at work.
I really like how it takes up the paint.

I've also taken to doodling feathers.
